Harder. Here in MN I’ve gotten 10 denied with 1.5-2 inch hail. Problem is they use 3rd party system seeknow and they go against what seeknow says. They pay for the report so there no chance you can see it
Thank you for including me in this amazing and well produced video. You guys did a great job and I’m really proud to be a part of it. I really appreciate you! 🙏🙌👊😉❤️
Tim Hook I went in the TH-cam Comments , There is just so much greatness to this. You truly are full filing a much greater purpose than just marketing, publishing content like this truly does make an impact on our Industry. Dan Walrack John Senac Chad Michael Hook Agency You have all helped elevate my life personally and professionally with EVERYTHING YOU HAVE BEEN WILLING TO SHARE! 😉. Can't wait to see more !.
We look at thousands of State Farm roofs annually, and I think Dan really nailed it; if you can show that it's damage (damage from a covered loss) then State Farm will pay for it. So many roofers need to learn how to do better inspections, and better damage identification. Everything we do for roofers is based on their inspection, and their inspection has to tell a story. Tell that story well, and the homeowner and everyone working for the homeowner, comes out ahead.
Let me start by saying I really like these guys. Title was good. However, then it was a bunch of la ti da, this and that, kind of beginner obvious stuff not pertaining to how bad State Farm actually is right now, and then an ad to buy their program. Was disappointed. I've been doing this for eight years. I'm not a contractor that tells customers to file off everything. State Farm is denying legit damage over and over. It's a serious fight to get them to approve with even the most obvious damage in 2" hail areas.I have gotten a few overturned, but it's a fight every time. I currently have a claim anyone could pick out damage that has gone through three adjuster inspections and is now having an engineer come out. I even lifted several shingles to find daylight showing through. The title was VERY MISLEADING.
Trying to ask the questions people want to know - and spend the time getting stuff from the people who are most likely to know. I’m sorry you feel like we failed! We’ll keep on trying to get better
I actually thought that Dan and John gave some great tactical strategies in this video. Thanks for watching and for the comment! Keep winning out there. 🙏👊😉
Are State Farm claims harder or easier in your area? Comment below and share what state you are in! 👇🙏
