Meetei don't like to live with other in Manipur so ILP was introduced. They thought Manipur belongs to Meetei only and call outsider as Foreigners. Meetei not allowed outsiders to buy land and settle in Manipur. They fight for sovereignty and their UGs shelter in Myanmar
