Achari Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dried Round Red Chilies - 7 to 8
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp

I would just caution people here if you use “lakhnavi” sauf (fennel seed), be careful. It is very strong. I would decrease its qty from 2 to 1 tsp. Just a thought.
