On PCVR you get some extra settings. This one is the streamer cam which records a different view when you ADS. My view in game is still the same as everyone else's, so there's no advantage, it just looks cool for recordings I think.
I am using a physical gunstock which helps a lot for long distance shots, but it's definitely not necessary. If you aren't using the virtual stock setting you might want to give it a try as well. That setting helps steady your aim. Also when aiming it helps to keep your trigger arm pinned against your chest in a V shape. Hopefully that helps some! The rest is just muscle memory and practice, training raids against bots can be a good way to improve🙌

Haha it's not as good as the video makes it look :) I am using the PCVR streamer cam setting here which records a different camera view when I ADS (in this case it stabilizes the camera behind the reticle). In game though I see the same thing as everyone else and have the normal sway and movement when I am aiming.

I play on my quest and my gun doesn’t aim like rhat
PCVR toggle-able for ghost of tabor (same goes for the watch icon you see during raids)
it doesn't help during raids, just only for recordings.
