Basilisk breeding will be very broken. I remember playing on unofficial servers on ARK SE where breeding them was enabled and it 1 shot most dinos, players and instantly raged gigas. It will also make raiding caves online impossible
It's literally just because it's pay walled, if it's available on every map regardless of how much it fits in people can justify spending the money on it. Half the video is free changes and the entire other half is only stuff you get if you buy more content ON TOP of re buying the game you already payed for. Ark is my favorite game but these are pretty low lows
It was very annoying to get knocked off a mount with this attack and I'm glad they removed it. This would knock you off a almost every mount in the game and it became very annoying especially when you accidently aggroed them. They became like a microraptor/thylacoleo basically

i DID get the performance boost with the most recent update! was clocking 35-45 fps (med/high) before messing with commands, but now im at 50 before commands, and 60-70 after. Honestly amazing! sure, its a bit stuttery when loading new areas, but maintaining that new fps boost after loading everything in is superb

@@parthiban9843It was kind if a mis-advertisement. Its just AMD frame generation and if your pc was already struggling you will notice less of a difference with frame gen because the AI has less frames and information to work with and therefore outputs a smaller, often negligible boost

The thing to consider is you had to buy all maps individually in ASE but the bobs tall tales is only a 1 time purchase for every single item that will ever release.
@maxbarnett1933 the thing about that is those were released as DLC maps which included new maps, dinos and items specific to those maps, only available if you had the dlc, or later if added to newer free maps. With the bobs tall tales it adds items and dinos that are available on all maps, whether you have the dlc or not, the creatures still show up on the map, and you can't interact with unless you have the dlc. I don't play right now, so I don't know how this is on public or private servers, if its based on the host, or individual player. If individual players then it is highly unfair gameplay Basically they are there to taunt players into buying the "dlc" so they can't play with the cool new critters
A kind of nerf I've come across on singleplayer is that charge batteries (which don't drain in underwater cryofridges on A:SE but do drain if above water) drain in underwater fridges within about 3 hours on A:SA. You can however use wind turbines or tek generators underwater though. No painting a backup cryofridge black and keeping it tucked underwater somewhere on a pvp server unless you like recharging batteries or a noticeable turbine.
Probably because it hasn’t been implemented yet. Due to some last minute issues they elected not to include it with aberration but will be coming soon.
Another thing with the gene scanner is you can find creatures with it an example is me and my dad were trying to find the cosmo spider but it’s small and we didn’t know where to look so we Made the scanner and we found like 6 of them.
80% Performances boost is none existent on my PS5, a lot a stuttering, crashing, in the world and in and out of inventory. Even when you pan left or right with the camera, it stutters and shakes. Doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to work, can’t play if the game crashes every time you sneeze the wrong way.

Ik people are saying the performance on console is dogshit but my experience on steam has improved alot. Zero crashes, a few lag spikes when loading new zones and that’s it. Having a great time playing ab compared to the maps before simply because the game runs so smoothly for me now.

I'm on. Console I've not crashed nearly as much. Like before it was crashing every half hour hut I've played my first couple of hours without a crash or being scared to save because I'm about to lose progress any sec
i have to play on the lowest of settings. Before the update, my fps was from 33 to 71. resting most on 45fps, after i have 44 to 96 and rests mostly over 60fps and it stutters a little less too
.... oh no so the ender chest is going to cause some issues, if i make a lag switch on one side of the map, and place two ender chests on each side of the map, if i have two people pulling the items out of the chests as the lag switch is pulled could be a decent way to dupe.... so watch out XD
Actually the performance update i geyvtwice as many frames now, before update i had everything on medium and was getting around 20-40 fps but it ead mostlu around 30. Now i have mostly everything on hugn except shadows and foliage and im getting around 40-60 fps mostly around 50

@@laurent7866you can't have gigas on ab. Aberration is the only map where you can't bring outside types of dinos to aberration. Only dinos that spawn on abb can be brought to and from ab.

I was able to find a cosmo super early game and I had chitin on my moschops, so if you can find them early they will be very useful

I didn’t gain 80% more fps but I definitely got a more stable game and some increase in fps with my 4070 super.
