- For some reason, there has been a renewed interest in one of my older videos, regarding my Seth Thomas grandfather clock. I've owned it for nearly 11 years at this point. It's still working as well as it ever has, so here is an update video about it, enjoy!

This is really strange. You know how sometimes, you can smell a smell that isn't actually there? Like your brain remembers the smell and tricks your nose into smelling it? They do say that smells are our most powerful memory. Well, the strange part is, as soon as I put this video on, I got the sweet smell of Jergens. And I had both hands on the desk, left on the keyboard, right on the mouse. Really strange how I smelled that...
Ah yes, the Jergens and DNA strands are strong with this video for sure! Dang, I missed a nice product placement opportunity atop the old hickory _dickory_ dock. I'm sure someone didn't miss a beat while switching hands though!

Can u tell me how to wind this clock? 9/26/24
I hold the weight in my left hand, and pull down the other end of the chain, with my right hand. When the weight is to the top, it's wound. Repeat for the remaining two weights.
