I used to work for a maid agency here in Seattle. They must have power washed the goose crap off the deck. The floating house dust is a dark grit because of the traffic from the local bridges and highways.There is always a breeze, no quiet-time from the sea planes. The humidity will make it colder in the winter. On occassion there is a kerffluffle with the city over sewer and water hook-ups. They are hard to clean because of the layout. If that is where I think it is, crap cell service, and internet cabel is spotty. . . I wouldn't go over $300,00 for it, because you have to wait for someone to die in order to get a parking space. I don't know of any of the uber rich in this area who take public transit.
What a JOKE!!! For $3 million you can get a beautiful house in Malibu, or Montecito, California……..have sunshine, waves, and beautiful sand, and NOT have it be freezing, and raining, and depressing 300+ days a year!!!
