Hey, just want to let you know that i recently discovered you channel, and i absolutely love it. I play your videos from start to finish during my painting sessions, your commentary is so good im not even watching. Even though i dont play, im professional model sculptor and i mod warcraft lll, make maps and models since the game came out as hobby, and your videos hit home. Please never change, never stop.
Yeah I wonder how many of the top 50 players they heard from. The overall changes do not appear to be something those players would be spontaneously pushing for.
Most people aren't pointing out that for polymorph, the hero can't use any items, including scroll of town portal, but the human player can reapply polymorph before it's over, unlike with cyclone, where the unit is invulnerable, and obviously the human can keep attacking the hero while he is polymorphed.
Definitely will give humans another way to shutdown heroes. I'm curious how it will all work out. Polymorph doesn't have any use in the current high level meta. I want to see what changes this brings.
Good THing: Poly can focus heroes. If you dont have MK => lich and other heroes can easily channel ... I disagree with you crota. In comparison to other melee units, knights have nothing. Them having increased armor is justified. I think only increasing HP is okay, because Bears have Roar+Heal, Abo has stinky cloud+Selfheal, Tauren has AOE-Splash. What do knights have? Blades that only work on medium armored units? They need a hitpoint increase at least without any other stats being reduced
Night elves are naturally fast (except for bears) and late game undead and orc have movement speed auras. One thing to consider.... Warcraft 3 is a twenty year old game. It is hard to make changes without changing the identity. I suggested a charge ability to help knights close distance. Some people liked it... Others not so much.

The thing with human melee is, in the late game knights arent that good anymore, I go if my contestants hero are high lvled up, i go for breakers, since only physical non magic attacks can harm them, making them effictevly tankier then knights A reduce in magic dmg by an upgrade would balance it out, kind of

This is just going to lead to a lot of hero kills that wouldn't have happened without that polymorph change, and that's going to end a lot of games.

I like the polymorph and the wand of negation changes.
Undead will just be able to dispel the polymorph or use a destroyer.
Wow people still play war 3 these days? I wonder how crota collects money from being a commentator in war 3 games.
