  • Mr Loo has had this problem for a long time.
    In a moment of Gung Huo, he pushed his body to its physical limits, and ended up injured. For years now, he has lived with it, visiting specialists and doctors from all paths to find a solution to his ailment.
    He, we, did not expect this to be the one that healed him. What on Earth?

    1) You should reveal who is the TCM doctor or where to find him in Johor Jaya. To benefit others. Just as you had benefited by others telling you.
    2) You should not purposely go for 9 km slow walk when he said rest for 2 months.
    3) It is true that many body issues are usually self-inflicted.
    4) Thank you for sharing your recovery journey.

    50 years ago, my mom’s shoulder was hit by the handle of a concrete mixer, her hand was in pain. She sought treatment from an unknown TCM in a village in Muar. He placed her arm over a pole and pulled her arm downward and let her arm to spring back and her pain was gone!

    I think U shouldn't have gone back to walking so far so soon after the treatment. I had a slip disc and it only got better when I stopped exercising for 2 weeks. Would swimming have been better ?

    Congratulations, Mr Loo. And, excuse me, I must also praise, you’ve got a pretty wife. You good life ahh. I dunno if this may help, but I know that ginger water is very anti inflammatory. I take it every day and it relieves my muscle aches quite a lot. No need to boil water. Anyway, I have heard of this therapy before, but never try, yet.

    Were you planking right? The core should be the one working not the arms.
    Anyway, if you’re mostly walking and running, only certain sets of muscles are working. The others are on ‘holiday’. Go and see a good pilates instructor to check your alignment.

    No harm sharing, so doctors can gain more patient in future, doctor save you, you need to pay back to give them motivation, encouragement and happiness too.( Pay more than the fee will not make you broke! You are millionaire, don’t forgot/ you prefer physical pain for years or $100,000 in your bank ?
    Your good hearted pay off a cure from all your accumulation of good deeds!👌

      Swim ? my friend regular swimmer just had a hip replacement. Exercises including swimming is beneficial but must pay attention to age too

    • @64ytb
      @64ytb หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Agogo-ki7kc hmm, This is new. Hip replacement due to swimming? But I thought swimming is a non weight bearing exercise? It does not place stress in the lower body. Correct me if I am wrong. May I ask what form of swimming he did?

    • @Agogo-ki7kc
      @Agogo-ki7kc หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just realized not one but 2 had hip replacement fr swimming lol. One a regular swimmer wat strokes I dunno. The other a tennis player who oso took up swimming to heal her hip. I think she over swim n finally had her hip replaced. As I said age is always the factor, not they type of exercise routine

    Very interesting story, 12km a lot of walking, maximum amount of benefit you get from exercise is 600 minutes per week from a recent american heart association study, going beyond that might have negative effects on your health instead
