I just got one today used in good conditions but doesn’t move as fastest yours , did you do something to it?

I think I used a bigger amp battery on it.. all parts inside is stock..

I just got one couple of days ago when I go forward the dumb back up beeper goes going forward any idea how to fix that problem?

Sorry mate I have open or done some thinkering on my tractor aswell,so, can really give some advice.. I'm guessing theres probably a short or grounded on the reverse system..
