I will always prefer an architect with a tika on his forehead than one without. Somehow it fills client with confidence that this guy knows Vastukala Properly and deliver as per Indian requirement than just a crap copy of western dull models. Kudos to you sir. Project is finished in 2021. So even if they have planned tree you won't see it. And maybe they are not yet shifted in the house so you couldn't tell about that. Person who is having that much money for house isn't that stupid.

Great architecture work. Enjoyed the planning and the philosophy behind it. Each and every aspect is very well thought and also optimised the available natural light which was a great challenge. However, credit should also be given to the structure designer, for designing cantilever parts, specially in the lift area and the balconies.
Nice in major aspects except some the top covered slab could have been tensile fabric or a retractable mechanical roof ..👍 Party loan( lawn)..put a smile on my face though

Parking in front could have been side by side and not linear all along the depth..it would be better use of side margin space to create an entrance foyer etc..most impirtant the ease of taking out whichever car ..linear parkin should be done only in extremely unavoidable cases
