    One of my favorites in the park! The loops pack a wallop and there's some great airtime along the rest of the ride. Not sure why it's constantly so underrated.

    I remember the Shock Wave having very long lines to ride in the early 80's.

    Can You try doing this with the Texas giant? I want to see more roller coasters and their history...

      I would recommend checking out our Ride Spotlight feature on New Texas Giant, along with Decade in Review videos from 1990-1999 and 2010-2019. There’s a good amount of information there. I don’t have extensive footage of the original Giant beyond that. Other info on Giant can be found at our website: sfotsource.com/rides/texas-giant and sfotsource.com/rides/new-texas-giant.

    Probably the most important and famous fact about this ride that you completely overlooked was this was the ride David Lipnicky offered me the assistant regional rep position for the American coasters enthusiasts on. You should re-edit this video to include that fact.

    Call me crazy, but even when I visited during the heat wave in Texas this summer on a 106 degree day and got my only ride in on this, the G’s weren’t as overwhelming as I thought they’d be for almost 6 G’s 🤷🏻‍♀️

      That is primarily because the forces aren’t sustained for a long period of time.

      Amusement Source I thought the back to back Anton inversions would do the trick! Lol

      There’s tons of old six flags commercials all over TH-cam. Should be easy to find.

    how do I make a reservation for all of my family when all of us have memebership?

    • @AmusementSource
      @AmusementSource  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You just go to the reservation website and it asks you how many people are in your party. Super simple.
