Germans and japanese were familiar with nuclear developments pre war there were global conferences by nuke physicists.

Wow, always the coolest records shown. Very interesting subject-matter. Great vid.
the u.s. couldnt figure out how to make their atomic bomb's trigger work correctly. (and most other technical issues regardless of subject) guess who had the trigger system figured-out. Germany. The two Japan bombs with German triggers and u.s. decals. Looked like a "net".. multiple mini-explosives triggered to implode at the exact same instant to compress the atomic fuel so hard so identical at all points that it caused it to explode as an atomic explosion. this sub carried those technical secrets. Few know real history.
Technical secrets a long long way from theory to practice of creating an atomic bomb the allies didnt have to worry about that too much from germany / japan
