Ingredients:
Masala Poori - 2 cups
Sooji - 4 tbsp
Roasted kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Ghee/oil - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil for frying
Aloo Curry:
Boiled potatoes - 5
Tomato paste -1/2 cup
Ginger (Chopped or grated)-1 tbsp
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Roasted kasuri methi -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
