I've seen a few custom remixes of the Final Remix that use the games that got cut from the 3DS installment, and here's my take on it.
Feel free to suggest other ideas in the comments. I'd appreciate feedback!

Alright comedian, gimme something new, like putting fever's built to scale in megamix instead of making a new one.
Because out of every built to scale, THAT was the fan favorite. Nothing like the same pattern repeated at varying speed!

I'm so infuriated that they literally chose Quiz Show out of all the other games and some fan favourites.

I mean, Quiz Show's idea is interesting, and kinda saved by the Skill Star, but I would've prefered many others to come back from Tengoku
If they added Quiz as an Endless game, they would've had 4-8 more minigames, since there would be a fifth door to open
It would've had games like The Bon☆Odori, Rap Men, Polyrhythm, heck even Showtime would've been nice
@@ARandomMinecraftVillager Unfortunately, I don’t think Rap Men and Bon Odori ever had a chance. Megamix had a small budget for localization, so having to completely translate and record a new song might’ve been too expensive (not to mention how much they would have to change Bon Odori for the Korean release since they’d have to remove everything related to Japan)

Wish Basketball Girls had it's own game and wasn't just shoved into endless remix. You have given the dunk damsels justice.
This is great, but the Built To Scale (DS) part didn't really sound good in combination with the music. But other than that, it's excellent.

i've never even played ninety percent of the games in this remix (just built to scale ds and the fever ones) but this made me kinda sad-
like in some cases it's likely because they didn't want to have to translate it (toss boys, rap men, etc.), other cases it's because they thought people wouldn't understand (bon odori), and other cases it's cuz of two games having the same name (samurai slice, built to scale (esp since i've seen people call polyrhythm built to scale)), though they could just change the name or append the console it's from to the end (i.e. "samurai slice origins", as i've seen people call it, or "samurai slice (gba)"/"built to scale" or "built to scale (ds)"),,,
nintendo really did just want to include quiz show but not even bother including the endless version.
edit: okay now i've played all the games here (and like every rhythm heaven rhythm game other then spaceball 2, sneaky spirits 2 and tengoku remix 8) and tbh i'm just mad that while looking at games they were like "oh yeah let's have quiz" instead of dj school or something-
edit: i've played them all now and i can confirm this makes me sad,,, i'm mostly just upset they didn't include dj school-

Built to scale: A to hit... thing
Love lab: A to catch, control stick to shake
Rockers: A to strum, if sequel was in, R to bend notes
DJ School: A+ control stick down to break, control stick up and release A to scratch
Space soccer: A to keep up, B to do the kick-toe/go thing
Showdown: A to submerge, release to come up from underwater, B to throw/jump with dolphin
Moai-do-wop: B to shout, A to do-wop
Love lizards: Control stick up and down to rub
Glass tappers: A to tap, B to flick
Tunnel: A to hit cowbell
Samurai Slice: B to hit seesaw thing/launch, A to slice
