    I admire the interviewees because Chester is sometimes way too close. It's not because he's trying to get into someone's personal space, but it's hard to tell where he is when you're down below operating him. Big props to Conrad

      Mrs Thatcher was a scientist and lawyer, that country still enjoys the benefits negotiated by her highly competent cabinet. they had a firm grasp of highly technical and complex issues and subjects and could easily appreciate such. Ronald had a very competent cabinet, James Baker, Alexander Hayes, George H Bush(Snr) and so forth
