You radiate the self confidence of someone who has focused on a goal, worked very hard, and attained it. You should be very proud of yourself. Regarding listening to negative people, the vast majority of my friends thought I was crazy for wanting to build a home in Mexico. Now, 7 years and 35 trips later, most of those same friends have come down with me, seen what I've done, realized they were completely misinformed and are now planning their own retirement dream in Mexico. I'm like the pied piper leading people to a place of friendly people, simple living, and financial freedom. None of it would be possible if not for the first step of having the courage to try something bold. There are two types of Americans. Those afraid of Mexico. And, those who have been.

I would also suggest making a vision board as to what your end result will look like. When you see it visually daily on your vision board it imprints into your mind. Love this video. Great advice on everything. Protect yourself from the energy vampires and YES believe in yourself. Great content.
Thanks again Mphscat. We're definitely on the same page, although I have to confess, I did all that I've done without a single physical vision board. I have to assume that what matters the most is how you feel when you look at the vision board, or how I would feel when I would imagine my ideal reality. Combine that with some determined focused action & some time, and we should be able to create whatever we want ;)

And where I am based is merida, which I believe land is cheaper than other parts. (Or may be no) And apart from land price , how much it cost to build per square meter as an average material being used. Thank you in advance

I'm sorry I don't have too many answers for you, as I don't know about labor & material costs in Merida or the rules & regulations for selling something as a business. Since you're already in Merida I think you would get your best answers from the local builders there as far as price/sq meter, and then maybe visit your local Romex or hardware stores to begin pricing cinderblocks ect, that will start to give you an idea of what you could afford to build. I hope that helps!
