      @Veganpotter Thevegan Not really. Poison also exists naturally, so that's not an argument. The scam is in the fact that caffeine doesnt really give you energy. You dont sleep as deep, wake up tired, you drink coffee, makes you feel good for an hour or two and the cycle repeats. It's a scam.

    One big thing I notice off caffeine is how much longer I can go between meals without side effects. If I'm drinking it, I get shaky/low blood sugar within a couple hours. This goes all day even if I only had coffee in the morning. The difference is quite noticeable. I've quit for months at a time and like a fool go back. Need to quit again. Thus trying to get inspiration here. Fingers crossed that this time sticks.

    • @rrooster8218
      @rrooster8218 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bryanjobo6906 I wish you the best of luck. You can do it. I have quit for months at a time. It was 2 months this summer and then got back on during vacation. Dumb. The difference in my life on vs off is significant. I'm weaning down now because it's significantly better OFF caffeine. Even with the headaches, fatigue, insomnia, blahness that can happen with initial withdrawal, it is worth the peace and relaxed feeling that comes right away. After a month I was great. If I could sum up the difference in one word, being off coffee equals RELIEF. When I'm on it I can't unbrace my muscles despite any stress relief techniques I know. When I'm off it's not just a mental relaxation but also in my muscles, my body. Wish me luck too and I'll revisit this to STAY off this time! I want to kick myself for getting stuck again. It's literally like drinking stress.

    Many people cannot metabolize caffeine or stimulants. I cannot tolerate natural caffeine, especially brewed coffee or green tea, but can tolerate synthetic caffeine.
