Homelite Decals and Facebook Rant

The lack of many US made Homelite decals and Canadian Homelite decals has put a damper on my saw restoration. It's time I actively sought out a supplier that is able to make Canadian Homelite decals and US Homelite decals not available. I know this won't be cheap, but if I can't restore saws. I might as well just sell them all. I said all I want to say about Facebook except that forums died due to Facebook groups and the Facebook groups are going to die because Facebook groups attract scammers and A holes.

I hope you are able to find another source for decals. Sugar Creek Supply has done a phenomenal job with what is offered now...I just think the demand from all of us just plain is more than they time Joe can spend at this point.

I sure don't blame him for not having the time after seeing all the different decals he supplies for people. I will take pictures and measurements on Canadian saws and I may buy some of his sets to have another supplier make sets he doesn't offer.

Hard to say, largely depends on condition. It's a very uncommon saw made maybe one or two years In Canada, by Terry Industries, it would be worth well over 500 if it was a XL-701AM, but manual oiler models sell in the 200-300 dollar range

I hope you find a reliable decal supplier. It does seem very hard to find someone reliable to do most things these days
