The problem isn’t equality for all.. It’s the constant exposure of children to this choice of lifestyle!! Having drag queens going to K-3 classes reading gay children stories is just not appropriate!! I believe that when children take sex education in school, they could have a choice as to what education they would like and prefer,, heterosexual or homosexual education. At the point we hit puberty, I believe teens are old enough to start to identify with what their sexuality is for them…. And don’t even get me started on the trans topic and allowing children at the age of 5-6 years old deciding that they’re trans at that age like that Jazz character!! Her parents should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a young child to identify as trans at 5-6 yrs old!! I have 4 gay cousins, so please don’t come at me with homophobic bullshitery!!! Thanks!!

@@hdentaldude how is a person dressed up in a entertaining costume not appropriate? How is homosexual love any more inappropriate them heterosexual love? Children should be taught the facts for both forms of life, even they don’t turn out that way knowledge brings solidarity. When a child transitions it isn’t like giving them aspirin they are required to be evaluated by specialist for months if not years before any puberty blockers are given. And if all that fails and they realize they aren’t trans they can just stop taking puberty blockers and continue on as their assigned sex.

I’ve been drugged at pride and honestly when I was young and glamorized by nightlife and gay scene stuff i out myself in lots of bad situations looking back on it. As a former homeless youth from Seattle I saw a lot of human trafficking of conditioned teens from 15 and up who ran away or were kicked out and pride event is like a meat market especially for those poor kids.

It’s because they aren’t really as comfortable in their own skins as they claim they are. In order to feel totally free, 100% of the rest of the world has to show them support and encouragement. If they were in a room with 100 people, and one person in there didn’t like them being gay, they would sit there and obsess about it. I used to have a friend that was gay. I got tired of his constant victimhood whining and his preaching. Told him one day to forget I exist, lose my number. Tired of every conversation having to be about his gayness. And anyone he’d just meet, it had to come up in the conversation within the first few minutes. Honestly, I’m 49 and I NEVER bring up that I’m straight ever in a conversation. Maybe it’s because I’m not obsessed with it.
As a Catholic, the sensual stroking of the crucifix made me want to turn some tables over! Why is it ok to disrespect MY religion and beliefs but not ok for me to dare to not celebrate other people’s sexual choices or beliefs?

Imagine if there was a month where everyone was obligated to celebrate traditional Christian values and every company put a cross in its logo.

the last commercial couldn't be more wrong and shows everything wrong with the left. Genuinely curious, can anyone explain why some members of lgbtq+ community adapt this distinct manner of speaking and distorting their voice, like the levi's add narrator? How does this happen? Any phonology experts here?
The gay guy voice, as it was known as before alphabet soup people. I'm not entirely sure, but it bothers me, too. Normally its just a valley girl accent, I think. But sometimes you get a mix of valley girl accent and a lot of vocal fry (which is like not putting enough force into talking so your voice is almost consistantly cracking). I have a hard time even talking to people who talk like that because its so disingenuous (the entire voice I mean, not just fry itself). A guy will talk like himself his whole life and the one day decide hes gay and then his voice 'changes'. Its a psychological thing, trying to make themeselves seem more in line with their idea of attractive, I think. Its offputting when you can sense someone putting on act, though, which makes others not want to engage.

Most people don’t care what anyone in the LGBT community does. What I don’t like is having it shoved down my throat in every bloody commercial, program, movie, etc. It may be completely normal to that community, but for many it’s not. And a forced invasion is not usually a welcomed one.

Being gay (or whatever else) in western modern society is dramatically different than it was even a few decades ago, and imagine how different it was a few decades before that. What was that saying? Cleopatra lived closer to the invention of the iphone than she did to the building of the pyramids. Modern society is actually changing at an exponential rate compared to most of human history. They want change now now now. And it's not like there are rights they don't have that they're demanding, they demand people think how they want them to think.

But I have no intention of taking away their rights, or disrespecting their choices. I would hope that I would be given that same courtesy. We shouldn’t be labeled homophobic because we don’t agree with it. It’s their choice, not mine! I don’t agree that anyone should be forced to accept something that goes against their moral or religious beliefs. People have the right to that freedom of choice. When you’re bombarded by this daily, it’s not respecting everyone’s freedoms. Yes, I can turn off the TV, internet, etc., However, many shows and movies I used to enjoy, now have the scripts changed to include LGBT. Imagine if religious groups demanded that same right? Many people would be angry with that. So we’re being inclusive of a small minority that’s controlling a vast majority. And there’s something wrong with that!

My daughter had a friend in middle school. Her mom had had a lesbian affair and then filed for divorce. She expected full custody. The judge though looked at it as she had had an affair because it still counts with a woman. The judge gave her dad full custody. He was a radiologist and could get a job anywhere, so every 3 years about he would move. If the birth mom wanted to see her child at all, she would have to pick up and move with her lesbian lover. I don't know if it was great to move the kid around that much, but I totally got why the dad wanted to mess with the mom.

The month my kids are not allowed to watch cable children's programming.
I have never and will never subscribe to cable, and this has become one of the reasons. My family deliberately picks what it wants to stream when we want to watch something. (It also prevents mindlessly sitting in front of the TV - Well then again mindless video watching is what TH-cam is for haha).
