DIY : FIAT PUNTO Intercooler cleaning

It is step by step guide for how to clean your intercooler in a Fiat punto
The process is same for most of the passenger diesel car in India

While running car in high RPM the powder has gone to Turbocharger,Subsequently turbo
charger vane stuck,seal damaged
So engine has gone to intercooler due to failure of Turbo seal.
Prevention
1)Clean and correct the injection pressure of injectors
2)Clean and remove Carbon powder from EGR and intake manifold,
3)Remove check and clean Turbo charger
4)Remove and clean Intercooler
5)Remove and clean Catalytic covertor and silencer exhaust pipe.
Fiat supplied hose clip replaced and used SS make hose clips,It is available at all industrial parts selling shops
Continue the procees every 70000Kms..........

If it emits blueish or white smoke on start up its the glow plugs or the glow plug control unit turning the light off early, wait a few seconds after the glow plug light goes off then try it
