Hi Don, I just bought a new Kitchen Aid mixer like yours from Costco since it was a $100.00 off till May 5th 2024. I’ve never made those cookies in the mixer yet. But your video inspired me and I look forward to trying it. My neighbor is also a good baker and I helped her make Laura Bush’s famous Cowboy cookies.
