- This POV backward cab ride video (shot through the partition window behind the driver's cab of a Siemens S70) shows the entire northbound trip of the green line of UTA TRAX light rail from West Valley Central through downtown Salt Lake City to SLC International Airport's current temporary station. Circa 2021. The video is in full HD and was shot at 60fps.

I used to ride the trax lines(red,blue & green)every time I went to visit my friend who lives(currently)in West Valley City & spend an hour or so with her & then go home from the airport!These lines will get you to where you need to go either early or on time!Ride the UTA trax lines & you'll arrive at your destination safely & securely!
I go to school a couple blocks down from the river trail station so I take this line pretty frequently it's a very nice trip

Good POV, would love to see the other lines too! I wonder how long that temporary station will need to last?
As of the last time I was at the SLC airport, the new TRAX station had already been built next to the new terminal while the old TRAX station was still there next to the old terminal. Ironically neither of the stations were in use or open to the public. I don't think they have laid down the tracks connecting the new station to the original North-South line yet. There seemed to be construction activities going on in that area and I assume they will connect the new station to the line once they're ready.

@@Shuotography That is correct -- the new platform has been built, but the tracks have not been laid yet. The temporary station will last until approx November. This happened because the airport is still using the temporary roads over that section to demolish the old terminal and continue building the new concourse.
