Yea mate it may push them back out in to the BROADWATER or onto the beaches. But it hasn’t been crazy amount of rain so hopefully they are still there for now
@@dougburtstackleworldgoldcoast Thanks Dougie - I was going to try using the Gulp bloodworm on a running sinker rig and see how it goes sometime but thanks for the popper tip - worth having a crack when it stops raining.
I had a look around at Cabbage Tree point, yesterday around lunch time and the water looked not to bad, also close to high tide. might watch the next day or two and, if the rain holds off go for a fish.
Awesome vid mate hey would beachworms be gud in the currumbin estuary beach side of the GC Bridge.ive always used yabbies and what tide is best for that area cheers
Hello Dwayne, Thankyou for your kind comments mate. Unfortunately you can only get beach worms on the surf beach, they do not go into the estuaries mate. Yabbies are still good bait but worms are better😉
Well done Dougie this video covers everything , from catching worms to catching fish, well done matey.
Thankyou my friend
Nice feed.
Thankyou Dan
Send Love and support , I like your videos my friend 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️
Thank's for the reply Dougie, what do you think the amount of fresh might put them off for a while. ?
Cheers

Good one Dougie - hey for a lure fisho like me do the gulp blood worms give you any chance at all?
Sometimes they work, but they definately prefer a small surface type popper when fishing under 1.5 mtrs deep Stui

Nice . No Burley?
Dougie is the burley mate! 😉
No Burley Andy, as it attracts to much vermin like bream and toads
Dougie would the area you are fishing be shallow enough for tossing a top water lure with any chance of a hit.
Which beach for the worms mate?
Hi mate, just try opposite Mirage on the spit
I catch them opposite Mirage on the spit mate
Thanks! Will have a crack at it :)
I’m a bit slow but where’s your store gone?! I went down near jaycars today to come in and couldn’t find it
