Thanks so much for all of the advice.
    I opened a Webull account.
    Deposited $100
    Got 1 Santander Bank stock
    And 1 LEVI stock.
I also used your advice to do my research and review company track records and not pick a company I know nothing about.
I also followed some of the chat on Webull from other investers.
I finally made my pic two weeks ago.
Today my account closed at $150.33
So because I am afraid to see my $100 turn into $99 I sold back $100 and am going to withdraw it when it settles.☹️🙈
But in the future I am going to build my portfolio.
    The $50.33 is all gain.
Thanks for breaking down everything so when I do decide to invest I will know what I am doing.

MY portfolio has good companies, however, they have been red all this year. This is my first year of investing and have been down 35% in the January sell-off, and am now down 17% in this sell-off. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me nervous and sad. I think dividend investing is paramount for an investors portfolio and there is a reason why Buffett holds predominantly dividend investments.. The key is that a dividend stock is paying a dividend while also growing in value over time.. Long-term investment mindsets are also necessary...

How does reinvesting dividends work? Do you receive a partial share of a particular stock in return? Is it smarter to to keep the dividend and reinvest at a later date in order to use it to pay the taxes? Interested what your input on the matter may be...
Also been watching you and MeetKevin for a few months now. Not hating on Kevin as I do watch him daily, but I appreciate that you get straight to the point consistently. Thank you! Keep up the great work!!! 💪

If you set up DRIP, the dividends a company pays you will be automatically used to purchase a fractional share of the same company. If you do not use DRIP, you can use the dividends you are paid to buy fractional shares of any company you wish. In the meantime, the dividend is just cash in your account.

thank you and i am getting about a 22.5% apy. i had invested before and i lost all my money in extremely high dividend stocks. so now i diverify my portfolio so that if one company fails i have a cushion. and i use an app vectorvest to analyze each stock to get a rough idea what is going on. during the coronavirus shut down i was still making abou $4-$5 a month. i have more safer dividend paying stocks, quarterly, and some of my dividend paying stocks are reits. i have 14 companies that i have so far and when the crash happened i droped maybe $100 or $200

When I got the actual fact about salaries was during the lockdown. Salaries don't make you rich. I went into Trading just last year and I bought my first house at the beginning of the year. I had then realized that I wasted a lot of time. Upon this realization i am super grateful to Jane Marie Kunak my advisor
