Successful people wake up early because Days are expensive. When you spend a day you have one less day to spend. So make sure you spend each one wisely. For those who read this: Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow. SO START TODAY!

@@lucianofaugno3756 Hi, I went to sleep every night between 10:40 and 11:00 pm and I woke up at 5am. I made my schedule on my phone so I don't waste any time procrastinating when I wake up. It's a lie you have to sleep 8 hours a day. Try it for 21 days, your body will get the habit and see it as normal. (I'm from Mexico sorry if my grammar isn't good)

I'm retired but I still wake up at 4 am automatically, no choice. I don't toss & turn. I get a lot done--quick shower, meditation, intuition program, breathing exercises, prayer, applied quantum physics, NLP, ab & stretching, etc. You can do so much early in the morning. Definitely, a lot of insight and ideas come in during this hour. I highly recommend it!

Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Allah has placed barakah for my nation within the early morning times. The most blessed time for a person to do anything is the early morning, especially from fajr till the sun rises! For those who don't know what fajr means:
Fajr is one of five daily prayers, or salah, in the Islamic religion. It is performed just before sunrise.
      WISH YOU ALL BLESSED MORNINGS!

OMG number 7... I used to do this when I was like 12-16 years old (my most productive years & when I was a top student/nerd 😅... also when I lost the most weight & was most ENERGISED) & I did it for this same reason but I didn’t understand the actual concept or terms like sleep inertia etc.
I just knew that I liked to take my sweet time 😂 & mentally prepare myself for my morning routine & the day ahead ... I HATE feeling rushed...
But people made me feel stupid for getting up so early because I literally lived like 5 mins from school. But now I’m apparently “Depressed”, anxious, feel dumb/like I lost confidence in my intelligence lol, fat & constantly fatigued.
This video made me realise that what I was doing intuitively as a young teen actually made sense & is a completely normal thing to do.
I’m defo going back to my old ways. Can’t believe I’m relearning this at 23 years of age 🤦🏾‍♀️.
Moral of the story... Don’t follow the crowd & do what is bringing YOU results... “normal” isn’t alway “correct”... everyone recharges differently.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO!! 🦋✨

I’m successful because I do what I want to do I’m in control of my own life. I just stay up later to get things done long as you still get your 7/8 hours of sleep you will have energy. Keep in mind it’s always morning somewhere even when you are sleeping 😴 So technically you don’t have to get up early to be successful you just have to utilize your time that is what will make you successful 🎊

    9 Benefits:
#1 Freedom of Choice - You choose how you want to choose your mornings. You tha boss!
#2 Jump on Competition - You'll be awake 4 hours each day before everyone else (The Rock finishes his lifts by the time the world wakes up)
#3 Head on Strait - Everyone has bad days. Getting up early gives you time to get motivated.
#4 Find your direction - Gives you time to set new and updated goals
#5 Creative space -- Time to think freely, instead of bogging down with work, becoming proactive! Be creative before stress of the day (1hr!).
#6 Hyper Concentration - Environments have many environments. Starting early, gets you up before your distractions are up?
#7 Shake sleep inertia - Shake off lazy drowzy feeling! Wake up slow and get energized! iiiine Get a nice morning
#8 Positivity - You have chance to choose! This is the best time to prime! Early risers have more positive attitudes
#9 Minimize Bad Habits - Evenings are less productive, mindless distractions..... Nexflix anyone? So sleep early before the bad habits come.
What time ya'll go to bed?

I recommend that if you can barely get up at 6 in the morning, don't start at 4 because it is a very high jump. Start where you feel most comfortable, for example I wake up at 5 and everything works well for me, and the next day when I received the notification of this video, I unconsciously got up at 4, my alarm had not sounded and I began to organize ourselves. things and I discovered that it is very effective, and you have a lot of time but you have to know that your body also needs to sleep well, so start where you feel most comfortable and then move forward ...

Been doing this for years, in bed around 830-900pm then up at 400am sometimes 345am
I work construction and do at least an hour drive to work to do start up.
It's quiet, dark and the big payoff is the sun rise and by 10am my day is half over and usually at 230pm my day is done as far as the work schedule then the hour drive back home is less congested and I still have day light to do things at home. The other best time is to work 3rd shift 10pm to 630am and come Friday morning it's the best. Plus you get the fresh pastry and breakfast goods in the morning.

It was 1400 years ago when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the revelation of prayer. One of the prayer is called "FAJR" (Dawn prayer) this prayer starts around 4:00AM, and the worth of the Fajr daily prayer is explained as being God's most-favoured prayer since others are asleep. 4 AM RULE? Got it!!

As a matter of fact, in almost all ancient traditions that existed since 1000s of years before that, waking up before dawn at around 4:00 AM was considered ideal. That was not an revelation made specially to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was a revelation available since ages to everyone who listens to nature's rhythm.

it is very common and easy for muslims to stay at 4 am because if we were willing to fast that day we wake up at 3 am and eat so we can prepare our bodies to fast during that day .. which that time called " suhor " it is period of time between mid night and 4 am before the prayer of fajr and it is better to eat your suhour near the prayer of fajr like 4 am it is good also these time differes considering the country period / timing zone and considering the month + the season ... so if we were not going to fast we just wake up to do theFAJR prayer and we hear the AZHAN calling for prayer and it is the best time / feeling ever I go to winddowand hear the adzhan calling for prayer while breathing fresh air and than go to make WODOE which is washing face and mouth nose hands arms feets ears hair .. etc to preapre for prayer and we pray and ask allah anyting we want forgivness / blessings / sucess /health /wealth ............etc and than reading QURAN and just start studying or reading books / dooing workouts /sport it is the best feeling and the level of concentration is very high

The 4am rule is worth it because NO ONE ELSE IS AWAKE. :P No interruptions! No distractions! Privacy for once! (: Unfortunately, after exercise and lunch, I’m usually asleep at 2pm (search on biphasic sleep). Thank goodness I’m retired. :P Anyway, on Friday or Saturday evening, you can always go to sleep after a full meal, then wake up whenever, and start your day. Personally, I think it’s more important to be well-rested (which is why I sleep twice a day, again, search on biphasic sleep), and have some peace and quiet from everyone else so you can get done what *you* need to get done!

Hi, thanks for sharing interesting video. It's very motivational. I set my alarm to wake me up at 04:55 AM. ( It sounds Awesome ). So it's motivating me to appreciate grateful life every morning I wake up earlier even on weekend or weekdays. Then breakfasting with stimulant nutrition like coffee and morning bread. I drive to stadium to burning calories for jogging reducing blood pressure 50 minutes three days a week. I boost my energy level up and producing a positive mind when I start productive work in the workplacement. Jogging can reduce groggy and pump blood flow to supply oxygen to your body tissue through blood system, besides feeling happiness with endorphin relies as natural drug ever after doing routine exercises. That's the success for me for better health. Again thanks for sharing the video.

This just seems completely wrong to me. The focus shouldn't be on waking up at 4 am because you can't decide when your body likes to sleep and how much. For me, I need about 8 hours and it is highly connected to sunlight. So I go to bed when the sun sets and I naturally wake up as it is rising and I don't feel drowsy or sluggish. Even on weekends I naturally wake up before 7 am. I think the focus should be on going to bed early (and let your body decide when to wake up).

I honestly don't think there actually exists anything as a 'night owl' bcz we all humans are made within the natural laws of sleeping early and waking up early (sleeping when the sun goes down and waking up when in rises), it's just that we humans have broken these laws, due to our 'artificial living' and that's why we don't feel energised and happy in the day. Once we start living 'naturally', that's when we truly start feeling and living beautiful.

Waking up 4 am or 5 am , good, but make sure you get enough sleep. At least 6½ till about 8 hours sleep.
If you sleep less, you wil get prone to organ failure, high blood pressure, heart problems unhealthy side affects.
And I am not talking you will experience this right away, but over many many years.
Don't forget that sleeping less is not good for your brains, makes you less productive.
So you can wake 4 or 5 AM, but make sure you get enough sleep, otherwise you will burn up in the long run

Who goes to bed at 20:00-21:00 o'clock? There are still things to be done at that time. Unless you live alone and don't have other obligations - and still, even at 20:00 o'clock most of us are still at work. What is more, if you get up early you must finish work early, otherwise you'll burn out. If you get up at 04:00 and start work at 09:00, by 12:00 you will be tired, unable to focus on important things and by 17:00 (if you're lucky to leave work on time) you'll be exhausted. Research on cognitive skills and performance also points out the need to take regular breaks and sleep for 8 hrs.

Proved by Science, it's 100% true bcz the time of 10 pm - 2am is the time our body is going through the most important phase of our sleep cycle, and this is the time we get most of our sleep and our body repairs at this time. After 2am our sleep goes negative, which means we will feel much more sluggish than before we slept. If we utilise this important phase, we have slept efficiently, and if we haven't slept by 10pm, we will lose the opportunity of a sound and useful sleep, and thus that is why we feel lazy and unmotivated in the morning.

However, I get paid quite handsomely. At the end, that is really all that is important in a job. Character, job fulfillment, making a difference, leaving your mark, do not pay your mortgage, feed you, keep utilities on, nor gives disposable income. Nobody knows who I am. I have a character not unlike a robot, I will leave no mark in anybody's life nor on the planet, my job fulfills nothing but my wallet. But I make very good income.

I am not in control of the events that unfold whether good or bad they have an effect on my day. I am not in control of what I do because I am inside the plans that are working out. I am not in control of anything I would like, but I am thankful God has me doing things no one else can. Waking up early is what I do to stay on top of my day and ahead of my game.
