ichroma™ HbA1c Neo Test is assessing the level of glycated hemoglobin in the blood. This test is certified by NGSP (National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program). With the room temperature storage, it helps diabetic diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis by measuring the glycated hemoglobin concentration (%) in a small amount of blood over the past 3 months.

It can measure glycated hemoglobin with simple blood collection, select and diagnose pre-diabetes earlier, and check the therapeutic effect, so it can be usefully used by selecting suitable equipment according to scale in almost all medical fields, from relatively large medical facilities to small facilities such as public health centers and clinics.
Here are some steps for the ichroma HbA1c Neo procedure:
Take a blood sample from a finger prick
Insert the capillary tube into a buffer tube and shake it 15 times to mix the sample into the buffer
Dispense 75 microliters of the sample mixture onto a cartridge sample well
Remove the cartridge from the chamber and dispense the mixture onto it
Ensure the chamber temperature is set to 30°C and that the mixture flows well on the cartridge's membrane
Incubate the cartridge and run the test
Insert the cartridge into the instrument's cartridge holder, making sure it's oriented correctly before pushing it in all the way
Press the instrument's Select button to begin scanning the cartridge
Read the test results on the instrument's display screen
The ichroma HbA1c Neo uses a sandwich immunodetection method to measure glycated hemoglobin as a percentage of total hemoglobin in the blood. The test can be used in a variety of medical settings, from large facilities to clinics and public health centers.
