unless the computer or bios does a check (you Know how the DS hinges were trash and if the screen came off. The DS wouldn’t start because it did a check), the screen (if nothing is damaged except the screen) isnt required for the computer will start, you just won’t get to see what the computer is doing without an external monitor.
