Congrats!! I love that MIT shirt you were wearing at the beginning. I want to go to college for biomedical or chemical engineering and MIT is my dream college. I really hope i can get in! If I don't, it's ok though because there's a lot of other great colleges. What extracurriculars did you do?

Nevermind you answered my question, for chem E you got into some good choices, GeorgiaTech, Purdue, and WashU. If you want to still have a chance on attending MIT, do relevant research for graduate school. This will almost certainly make you competitive for graduate school. The school no so much, but the research yes, and if you can do a co-op.
I never had any issues with getting into college because the places I attended (a university and community college) really did not have selective admission. I also had to be picky as to where I went as I needed to a college that catered to dyslexic students. I am very dyslexic.
I have seen a lot of videos and I did not see anyone that got accepted at MIT. Looks like it is really difficult.

Congrats! How did you apply to multiple private schools early though? I thought you were only allowed to apply to one.
The only restrictive school for me was Notre Dame, where I applied restrictive early action, but the only rule was you couldn't apply early decision anywhere. None of the others I applied early to had restrictions.
Vanderbilt made me cry you can see that certain ones hurt

Hey, first off your videos are adorable. Can you rate my chances at a top US university considering that i am an international applicant i have an unweighted 4 GPA. My extracurriculars are being in an volunteer team for 8 years, 2 academic language clubs and being an work done leader [ specific to my high school] for 2 years. Would mean a lot if any of you guys answer this. Thank you
It’s really hard for someone to tell you, because colleges are always looking for different things. I have some friends that applied to similar schools as me and I got into some while they got into others - and they were all top schools. Top schools also try to have a good proportion of people from different states and countries so decisions could also be based on where you live and how many other people have applied from the area. There’s just no way of being certain about anything in the process (unless you’re a recruited athlete haha)
