Hi there! im building this and its been one of the most fun experiences ive had, im 75% done in only 2 days and i am impressed how much detail there is and how its very fun to do!
Oh that’s so wonderful to hear! I’m glad you’re also enjoying this build so much and can’t agree more with the detail and fun factor. Will you also be pinning your map? We’ve loved adding more trees to them every place we visit in the world. 😊
@@TheStyleGene I wouldnt be adding anything to the map because it looks impressive without, and it wouldnt look that great with random dots. but i finished it an hour ago, and now ive build the top 3 sets ever made!
Hi, thanks for sharing your video. I am considering to mount to the wall using 3m velcro tape. May I know if it holds well? I was concerned whether it can sustain the weight
Hey Joseph. Thanks for watching! Yeah, so far so good and we haven’t had an issues. Ensure your wall is clean and give the Velcro tape a good long hold when pressing it against the wall, and it should be alright. All the best with your world map. 👍🏼
question: i am thinking about using double sided tape to hang my World Map. Why did you guys went for double sided tape with velcro instead of normal double sided tape? Please advice
Hey Raymon. We used the velcro version as it’s recommended for wall art and we had leftovers from a pack we applied on our picture frames. Double sided tape with a carrier like a thick foam or velcro helps damp vibrations which is great for apartment living. Also, the velcro is more forgiving if you need to realign your world map should it be slightly crooked after the first try. Hope this helps.
Absolutely gorgeous Lego art. Great family bonding time too.
Thank you so much! It truly is a great family activity to do together. ❤
