- Rice - 1 1/2 cups Coconut milk - 1 1/2 Salt to taste Oil - Half round spoon Onion - 2 handful Garlic - 1 Handful Bayleaf - 2 Cinnamon- 2 Cardamom - 2 Mint leaves - 10 leaves Green Chilli - 4 nos
He is the only one who gives right ratio for rice (1 cup) and water (1 cup) to get a fluffy rice consistency. It took me a while to get it right after loads of experiments on my own back in the day. I used to get mashed rice all the time when I used 1:2 ratio 🙄. Your are a great chef Damu sir. Keep enlightening us with your tips. You channel is very useful 😊 Thank you

Vanakkam Sir, my mom use to do in the very similar way. As you told my mom use to add cashews for this dish which will add more richness to this recipe. She use to give potato Kurma as the side dish for this recipe. Thanks for tips given, seems to be very useful.
