The average anime-hating twitter user tends to have terrible cases of brainrot, mixed with a victim complex. For example: The false claim that Anya is sexualized in any way. I don't even watch SPYxFAMILY, and I can tell by the character design alone that that is not the case. If they want a sexualized child character, then go rant and rave about Kobaiyashi's dragon maid, with Kanna. or the Various scenes where in-text children are sexually harassed, with Shouta and Lucoa. Anyways, ecchi is never a good replacement for plot or character development, and I think SPYxFAMILY is going on my to-watch list.
Wow what an amazing video. I thought I had watched a 15 minute video essay with all you put into it, but it was actually a nice compact 6 minute and 30 second video. As a person who loves and is already on the spy x family train, you added a lot of points I wouldn’t be able to articulate myself. Nice job my friend
Spy x Family isn't a masterpiece, but it's not trying to be and that's the best part. It knows what it is, what works, and pulls it off well every time. It's just a really good manga adapted into a really good anime and I'm so glad it's getting the attention it deserves! It seems like it's become a lot of people's first experience with anime because it's so easy to get into, which is really cool! That said, I really wish Twitter would not sometimes, but besides some of the more problematic takes, I've had one of the best fandom experiences period with this series. Great video, dude! okay so first anya is actually pretty smart for her age, she learns rather quickly how to manipulate both yor and loid to do what they need to do to succeed in their missions, like for example when they try to capture the thief, where anya is saying she wants cake, instead of directly leading loid to the bad guy. Some people might say she is bad at school, but we are talking here about an elite school, which teaches first graders about trigonometry and she is not even six.
Thank you! I see ppl saying she has telepathy but it doesn’t matter if she’s not mentally capable (mature enough) to understand the thoughts of those around her. That’s why she’s always confused by what Loid is thinking (she thinks her schooling is the literal key to world peace) and doesn’t know what the secret police is until she breaks it down. She’s a child who is portrayed as a child perfectly.
It's INSANE to me how well the first cour came out. 17 chapters in 12 episodes, each done extreme justice and enhanced when possible. The second cour will be really really good.
unless you're jobless and make hating on little kids your whole personality just to be "quirky", there's literally no reason to hate this show (unless you just hate happiness in general)
It's just funny to see somebody trying to cope because somebody don't like their anime so they try to use every excuse probably a habit cuz that's all they did in their life
You know I just realized couldn’t loyd just become a teacher and talk to the dad whenever he visited the school I know the anime would be totally different and not as much fun but in universe it would’ve been way easier
Kids of that age are all ID. Anya is going to have a lot of trouble academically because she is actually only 4/5 playing a six year old, so the lessons are too difficult for her, and she's never been pushed to use her brain before as she's just cheated.
I actually enjoyed this anime I just finished watching it yesterday and I found out the awesome news they already have the second season going well just the first episode few bits of it hell yeah I'm already wanting more of spy x family I'm talking about watching season 2 already
