Arrogant staff and store manager. This mart in Jamnagar has weird rule that even after billing customers cannot bring in their carry bags to fill the purchased items. Store people forces customers to go out and fill their bags. The place where customers needs to fill the bags is completely un hygienic and no table or bench is kept for customer convenience. And when asked about this weird rule manager gives all sought of vague answers. Almost all the marts in India allow customers to fill their bags after billing inside of the store . I think owner of the Osia mart should seriously work on customer delight. Just providing things on little less price alone doesn’t qualify as good customer service
