@Justcallmekatlion hi! Thanks for asking! Well, the night that we met up, my SP told me that he was ready to commit to me because he didn't want to lose the opportunity. Also, during no contact, he said that he missed everything about me and that he started sensing that I had moved on, meaning, "I'm happy without you" type of feeling. Natalie is right when she talks about them feeling what we feel. Ever since that night, he's been nothing but attentive, chasing me and blowing up my phone all day. Been out to dinner, the movies, walks..etc. He's serious, now. What's important now is to never allow anyone to disrespect me and, above all, to continue loving myself and living my best life. You have to be your own best friend. ❤️
So so so true!!! Back in the days I had an SP that I was literally head over hills in love with. And he was just breadcrumbing me. Till one day when I had enough and I stopped even linking him. I just stoped. Just like that. Suddenly I realised he wasn’t even my type. Even fisically, I was a 9 and he was a 5. 😅 I realised everything special about him was only given by me. Long story short, when I didn’t like him anymore he went crazy for me. He still stries to reach on me even now, after 15 years!!! I had to block him everyvhere cause I coudn’t get rid of him. He even tried to become friends with my father, just to keep him updated about me.
I definitely need to get my "energy" back, literally. And concentrate on myself. Also, I haven't been trying to contact him. I wish he would contact me and beg for me to come back saying that he made a huge mistake. I'm not putting all of my energy in him.

I literally told him that only I can make myself happy.... although at that time, I didn't know how to do that... eventually we split up.. now, I've started becoming happy and have really grown. This has literally just happened to me. I bettered myself so much. And showed her. Now she wants me back. Or to at least try. Even though it’s been her decision both times to end our relationship. We talk about a magic button that we wish we could press. That would take us back to any wrong doing she done. The problem is that’s make believe. There’s so much water under the bridge. The balls in my court it seems. But is it too risky

It's a challenge when it's someone you see like a co-worker. I just cut off personal chit-chat. I had no problem if I had to talk about work. The important thing is she got the message. I won't go back to the friend zone. But I do feel like we have a connection and we'll work it out somehow.

Needy is not attractive.. it’s repelling. They KNOW they can have you back at any second. Your pain is a sign you need to heal. Even if they come back now, it won’t work bc you’re needy, clingy and that doesn’t project strength or attractiveness or that you’re healed. NO CONTACT! That’ll be $150! I take Venmo and zelle! Lol Ha.. and I wrote that before I watched the video!

You take each day as it comes, you work hard on yourself for various reason and all positive ones. You realise that you have come a long way. Most nights you play a story & feel as though you are there, you try to remain positive & at times you slip up but that’s because you have a heart. But after a year & there is zero communication, you start to wonder. It does get you upset at time but you don’t allow it to effect life. It’s a completely different game when someone has left you either a few days, weeks or months compared to a year or more.
I dont value people based on how they value themselves I assign them value based on what i think of them. Doesnt this apply to value others assign me? Or because they not living consciously i can influence them they cant influence me energetically?
Dear Nat, I exactly did this and my ex came back, but he unblocked me and I havent replied because he left me for another woman, he wanted to know how am I and then he blocked me again, then unblocked me and again after few hours blocked me again. Why is he doing this and what can i do to change this so he comes forward to stay
You think I should answer? They why didnt he left opend that possibility. He blocked me two days after... If he wanted to communicate he wouldnt do that. Do you agree on this?

Dear, I did exactly what you say. Now he came back after he broke up with other woman. They were 4 months together. He started with her immediately after we broke up. Now he says he thought what he lost, me. And wants to come back. We were engaged.
Can they come back even after 10 months of no contact....and the circumstances are impossible...I dont think the circumstances will allow her to come back....She devasted everything and didnt left any way open to come back...can she still come back??????????????????????
@@NatalieDanceAsthePenniesDrop let's wait and watch...I can say that i have recovered almost 70% from this breakup....She cheated on me and when I came to know about it....She refused to admit it and found a lame excuse and left me....I still love her alot....Although I don't miss her coz of her manipulation and toxic behavior... but yet I am not able to forget her.....I think about her everyday....but don't want to think about her but it happens naturally I don't know when these thoughts will stop coming to my mind....She is living her life happily with her partner....But some days back she has unblocked me from Facebook....I don't understand it why only from Facebook not on other social media apps....

What if they did come back long back and I did not entertain them as I was feeling nervous thinking they may rejected me again if I give chance…then eventually got blocked and now not in touch for 7 years. Is it still possible for them to contact me? I don’t have their number nor connected on social media
What do you think about...desiring your SP to come back, and knowing you're the f*ckin shit & they'd be lucky to have you back in their world (which everyone you & they know agree with). So while you're working on yourself, giving them space to miss you and all that comes with that... Just going on some dates etc to remind yourself what a beautiful human being you are.
Keep them off the pedestal. So telling yourself that’s his usual behavior. What do you want and persist on it. Your Sp messages you all day everyday it’s annoying now lol that’s what you should tell yourself
I've been doing affirmations and working on my self-concept kicking the negative thoughts and not paying attention to the 3D. So my sp unblocked me and we chatted just to say hi and how we were doing. After that he hasn't texted me anymore and I'm itching to talk to him but I don't want to push him away and let him take the initiative. It is hard bc every time i create these expectations and when it doesn't happen it brings me down. What should I do?
Continue working on your self concept and pouring more love into you. Pls stop paying attention to the 3d instead know that you are already in constant communication

My SP takes about 1 day to reply me. And if I don’t initiate a message, my SP will not message me for days or week. What does that show?
