I hope shanta holdings will build more than 150 story high building for Bangladesh.... and gain the fame on behalf of bangladesh.......No more foreign engineers and companies........ we need our own local companies having international quality........ best of luck shanta holdings.....
Indeed Shanta is doing great. It's a relief that to build 50 or 60 storied buildings we don't have to rely on foreign real state companies. We are increasing our capacity & experiences that's a positive sign. RAJUK recently has withdrawn its limitation from high rise skyscrapers. so it's just a matter of time Dhaka is going to witness the new era of colossal landmarks like the pinnacle. I already have heard about another such high rise that is going to be built by one of our government organizations recently. Honestly speaking between 4 or 5 years it will be a common trend for commercial areas of Dhaka. Hopefully, Chittagong is also moving forward with such plans too.

Only 40 storied tower?? we should get 60-80 storied building because we spend 50 years of liberation. Near about this aged of other Neighboring countries go & prosper beyond us.
@Bengal PG3D what's the point of making 161 metres building. It was at least supposed to be taller than 249 metres. The building is worthless and disappointed me as it will be the only the third tallest building
Very good. But why another building is being constructed now in between Pinnacle & Western tower. Why not taken a comprehensive plan to construct a single large basement on which 2-3 good looking curved towers (like Pinnacle) would have been there. This is main weakness of our planners who suffer lack of big dream.
Dear Sir, the project being constructed in between Pinnacle and Western Tower is FORUM - the Twin Towers. Each project is on a separate parcel of land, owned by separate landowners, hence they were required to be separate projects. However to your point, please note that Forum and Pinnacle will be connected by a common plaza at ground level, allowing the tenants to enjoy the facilities of both projects.
Shanta Holdings Ltd i suppose the land was owned by Meghna group of companies as they had an establishment of the cycle and KIA dealership there. How come two owners are there now?
Real estate developers such as Shanta, Bti, Asset and Suvastu are a wealth to Bangladesh.
