I agree. Mona is a bit proactive but I can see why some people think Mona is being pushy. Ross can simply say "I'm not ready to have this conversation. Let's talk about it at a different time" which also gives Ross a chance to think about if he wants to continue this relationship. There is no need to become squeaky and weird about it. He is an educated adult and he should have some basic skills to refuse or handle a simple conversation.

holidays in America is Christmas. Normally families or couples send cards to friends and relatives to wish them a happy holidays/Christmas. its just a warm gesture to remind them that you're thinking about them. :)
