Addicted to Good Coffee! I know its not coffee really but there is a new place in Portland called Tea Bar. There second location just opened next to Good Coffee (Division St.)! They have a different product and a simply beautiful space!
nice video dan, really enjoyed it! :) just a little piece of advice in some parts of the video the music is a bit too loud so it's hard to hear you. sorry for asking the generic question but what did you shoot this on, seems like gopro but not everything?
I've lived in Portland my entire life. Coava and Heart are absolutely fantastic! Stumptown receives all of the attention but the former two are truly wonderful coffee shops. Cold brews are ridiculously popular in Portland but manual pour over brews are the way to go.

It's like quite a few places in the states, make the coffee drinking a bit of an experience. We don't have too many places like that in the UK I guess, apart from the obvious few ;-) no names needed.
First, the quality of your vlogging camera is excellent. The quality of the video is stunning. The background music you selected is excellent. Your story telling and editing are excellent. Love how you transitioned the busker‘s music from live to recorded sound. It was a very nice, unexpected, touch. 👍 A couple of white balance issues popped up. One happened after you exited the last coffee shop just before you said, “It was bright. I love it when its bright.” Your comment‘s timing made me smile. Does your camera have a mic muff? Have you thought about using a small, handheld gimbal with your camera, like the one Casey bought? I'm very excited to watch your coming Comrades vlog. It could be your longest vlog yet, which I wouldn't mind at all. Try to create calm head spaces to offset the flurries of anxiousness as the race draws near. 👊👍
