They would need every agency in the country to do 10 years of studies and research to make sure it was OK to write 25 permits to allow such a dangerous sport to take place for one day. Refs, official judges, three weeks of building safety containment areas and 20 licenses and training courses. 10 million dollars later there would be a possible approval or denial.
