Thanks a lot!! it was bit difficult to understand by just reading text. For clarification- Conc urine= filtrate - water (excreted)-> -ve FWC. And. Diluted urine= Filtrate + water (not excreted) -> +ve FWC. (Look at the signs if I’m adding water means positive FWCand if I’m removing water means negative FWC)

Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor increase positive free water clearance ,thiazide diuretics decrease positive free water clearance ,loop diuretics decrease both positive and negative free water clearances.
