you might be better protected in a deluxo but because the car is so big it is easy to hit it. unlike the opressor mk 2 who is small and fast. it is not likely to get hit by bullets and it dodges most missiles. and mini guns is not something most people use in combat because they are just bad.
you have no idea how many times the opressor mk 2 saved me from deluxo or even opressor griefers.

Deluxo has better missiles, they are the ruiner missiles, which mean that they will turn back if they miss and try and hit the target again. The Deluxo has also more lock on range, so you dont have to turn as much to lock on. On top of that it is a 2 seater, meaning it can be more practical if your playing with a buddy.

Wrong! Oppressor mk2 is better for combat ! You forgot to say that it has a very good agility (and don’t loses speed while turning... not like the Deluxo), it’s very hard to touch it from the ground (it’s a little fast target... like a fly) and it have countermeasures! So you pop chaff and nobody can touch you during 5 seconds! Did you play Gta Online these last times to say that? The Oppressor MK2 is a Deluxos, Strombergs, MK1 Oppressors, etc. killer! You don’t even know what you’re talking about.

I'd disagree with the final conclusion. Surely the Oppressor provides less protection for the driver, but in return it has much, much better agility, to the point that the driver can basically just run in zig-zags to discourage any attempts in leading them; and not to mention countermeasures to fend off any missiles. The Deluxo, on the other hand, would tend to "drift glide" and lose speed when attempting a sharp turn, and become less agile and more predictable, thus making the driver more prone to gunshots. Missiles, obviously, are a death sentence if the driver doesn't know how to wiggle their way out of the situation.
Also, the ability to instantly spawn the Oppressor on the spot with MC abilities must not be forgotten. Literally in less than a second, it can be called out without the need to contact the mechanic; and within 5 seconds, a damaged Oppressor that has ran out of rockets can be de-spawned and summoned again to return it to pristine condition, fully armed and repaired, ready to engage again. This kind of extreme sustainability in prolonged combat is something the Deluxo can only dream of.

I have a fully upgraded deluxo but just saving up the 2.9m for the mk2 as both have their own unique benefits. The only real major issue with deluxo is lack of speed. Anyway got the nightclub and TB so why the hell not go for the oppressor....
Edit, after buying the mk2, I would say it is much better. Apart from speed difference the mk2 is much more agile and being a smaller target helps too. I still love my deluxo but just prefer the mk2. Though if deluxo was faster and more agile it would be a different story.

I have a Deluxo, and when it's locked on the target, it's sure dead, so it's great for jobs like headhunter.
The Oppressor 2 can be spawned through MC menu and has counter measures making it easy to get and hard target to hit
Face it if you own both of these vehicles in GTA you...

People whine too much about vehicles like these, but actually want OP vehicles secretly. For example, lets look at B-11 strikeforce. Rockstar balanced it so that its explosive mgs aren't death beams. This caused anger in the community as the vehicle was balanced, resulting in it being placed in 'trash' category. Then rockstar adds oppressor mk 2, and people complain about it not being balanced. I dont understand the problem with gta online community. When u add a decently balanced vehicle, they get angry. When u add a broken OP vehicle, they still get angry. WTF do u people want?

The deluxo is better in my opinion it may be slower but it has two seats, can drive on ground, and you can’t fall off it the oppressor mk2 is cheaper but you end up paying more because you need a nightclub and a terrorbyte and you also can’t put it in your garage like you can with the deluxo you have to call it in as a special vehicle which is really annoying the rockets are accurate 99.9% of the time as well

The oppressor is capable of out manoeuvring a jet and can take out the deluxo with ease though it’s just easier to bail from the oppressor and return to storage when at high altitudes rather than land

Who’s going to be in combat with the oppressor and sit still on the ground? Being on a bike, in the air, moving around is a lot safer than being in a slow, fat car that flies. A lot easier to hit a big car rather than a small fast bike

Conclusion in my opinion is incorrect. The deluxo does have better missiles, (Ruiner / Hyper-tracking missiles) but that's the only thing going for combat (excluding a passenger with flare gun or the drive mode which allows quick descent).
At the time of saying this, the MKII has a speed glich which allows it to be the fastest vehicle in the game, hands down. The Deluxos was patched. The MKII has Stromburg missiles, which unless lucky, will track and turn extremely well. They also completely U-turn about 80% of the time if they swerve past the target. Here comes the killer, countermeasures. If you put chaff of the Oppressor MKII, you become almost untouchable. You can stop any vehicle from locking on, and this means it will easily beat anything else in combat; including the deluxo. It almost has unlimited missiles as it can be spammed through MC, while deluxo is limited at 30 and mechanic has to be called. It is also so small, meaning it is hard to counter with jets and vehicles as such.
MKII does everything better. And more. *Outro plays*

The Deluxo stands no chance against an Oppressor Mk II in battle. The Oppressor can simply use the rocket countermeasures and you win every 1v1 a 100% of the time.. At least I do
mk2 is more protected since its faster and can doge all bullets, mk2 IS MUCH BETTER AT COMBAT , it even has chaff
