I wish Fett did get this title because that is what his father wanted from him. Fett started the Mandalorian’s because of his popularity in the films and many became fans of Star Wars because of him. His skills were so outstanding and feats were insane. It would be a fitting end for him as the true leader of Mandalor

I don't think that's going to be Boba's destiny in canon, Din Djarin himself is already a canon version of Legends Boba after ROTJ, and he right now has that arc, Boba himself is getting the treatment Darth Maul was going to get in George's sequel trilogy as king of the Underworld

It cuts both ways; some of the recent Disney canon Star Wars comics released during the last couple of years have been ridiculous and awful. So far, the original Darth Vader comic series, the Rebels TV series, the Rogue One film, the Jedi: Fallen Order game, Clone Wars Season 7, and the Mandalorian series are the only Disney-era Star Wars content I have really enjoyed.

The Karen Travis storyline training Jaina on Mandalore were so good. Fleshing out the Mando culture and workings of the planet, and Boba himself, made me actually like a character that I really never cared for. They are well worth the read even if they are considered Legends as of right now.
Bloodlines by Karen Traviss is actually pretty controversial among fans because it focuses too much on Mandalorian world-building than the main conflict.

I knew nothing about Fett or the Mandalorian culture. I never got the hype around Boba. After those books, I did. Kiddos to Karen Travis.

I still cannot believe that the Boba Fett character will become a crime lord. The mindset is the polar opposite of the Legends character. I am not wishing that they make the Legends story arc canon. I just still cannot believe that Fett would become a crime lord. Start up a rival bounty hunter guild, yes. Become a crime lord, no. The Boba Fett in Legends respected law and order, no matter how corrupt the people in charge of a planet or city might have been.
I mean, Fett’s always been a bad guy, and from all of his canon stories, he definitely has some type of honor. Especially after RotJ, and if you’ve watched the trailers, he’s not going to be a scummy leader, something far more… respectful.
That picture of Mirta Gev looks exactly like the character glimpsed in the new teaser clip, (played by Sophie Thatcher I believe). I hope that doesn't mean Fett has family.

I think Boba already had more character development in The Mandalorian than in the hole legends run. Disney is doing such an amazing job with the shows.

Sorry, but that is objectively incorrect. Legends showed Boba Fett growing from a bounty hunter who only cared about money to a devout member of his culture who took up responsibility to prevent its decline. Also, Disney doesn't write the shows, they just distribute them and fund them.
