Today's Arkham Horror the Card Game video is an unboxing and review for the latest expansion set - the Innsmouth Conspiracy (filmed right after it's debut in 2020)! There's a ton of new investigator and player cards here so let's delve in and check them out! (I WILL NOT be covering any of the scenario cards and WILL be avoiding spoilers - I don't want to be spoiled and I don't want you to be either!) Expect some gameplay of this Arkham Horror LCG expansion in a future video!

Trish Scarborough is my favorite investigator in Eldritch Horror and im really looking forward to playing as her, the rogue/seeker combo seems fun. High agility and intellect are awesome, a little worried about the low willpower though.
Yeah she seems really fun to build around! The low willpower can be pretty rough in certain campaigns haha
Mine is coming tomorrow and I’m so excited! I currently have dunwich, carcosa and the forgotten age cycles so I think I should have a good enough card pool to tackle this one hopefully 😃

First one to notice (or at least mention it!)
So ... I just got the core box ...
Is there a good alternative starting cycle other than Dunwich? I ask because some of the mythos packs in that cycle have basically been non-existent all year. And from what I gather from others...
- Dunwich - good starter, packs are constantly out of print
- carcosa - good, but players would appreciate it more as a 2nd expansion
- forgotten age - too difficult for a first expansion
- circle undone - (mixed reviews, couldn't tell)
- Dream Eaters - seems like it needs a 2nd core box due to the dual investigator system
- Innsmouth - ???
We just recently completed the Circle Undone and I can say that I think it's a great starting cycle! There's a scenario or two that we had to replay because we got wrecked but once we knew what was going on it wasn't too bad at all :)
