I generally do not love hot pot, but I like how you prepared yours with a variety of ingredients and seasonings. Looks like saday or sacha noodle soup which I do love. Extra flavorful and yummy 😋😋👍👍
Ohhh, theres a ton of different versions of hot pot. This is called yahoo, which is a Cambodian version. It’s my favorite kind! My kiddos love it too cuz theres lots of ingredients to choose from and the broth is rich with coconut milk not spicy
