You bit into those beef ribs like they were butta! Wow I can imagine how tender they are n the veggies look so good. As I have said before I don't eat much red meat (no beef n only occasionally eat pork), but I could def just fill up on a whole plate of those veggies n mash!🤤
Oh I want that plate so badly. Why were the brussel sprouts staring at me, taunting me with their roasted goodness?? They just don't understand the kind of game they are playing with me, lol. I go beast mode on well seasoned roasted brussel sprouts!!!
Season and sear short ribs on all sides. Add in beef broth, bay leaves and more seasonings. I put the pot in the oven until it’s tender. Made gravy out of the juices and roasted the veggies
