Nagaland Police Meet Comes to Close

The 39th Nagaland Police Duty cum Sports Meet came to a close on November 18.
The closing ceremony was held on November 18 at the Nagaland Police Complex, Chümoukedima, where the Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton declared the meet closed.
With 5 gold, the 13th NAP (IR) Battalion emerged the overall champion of the 39th Nagaland Police Duty-cum-Sports meet 2021. It won 10 medals in total, including 2 silver and 3 bronze. 4 of the champion team’s medals came from boxing- 3 gold, 1 silver. The unit also took the third position in the Drill competition.
The 9th NAP (IR) finished in second place with a haul of 5 gold and 1 bronze. With a 14-medal haul, the 12th NAP (IR) had the distinction of winning the most medals, but it could grab only 4 gold and had to be content with third place.
