We should encourage traditional ways of fishing using traditional tools. Discourage using batteries, dynamite, chemicals etc. Thank you for bringing up this video.

Yes, it's well run. It is also a resort. One can order pig, chicken and other varieties of fish which he keep to buy. He maintains a good hydroger which supplies 24 power for rhe whole colony here. There is a beautiful waterfall Toshi has developed. The center has house with well maintained rooms and a hall large enough to sit about 200 persons for any seminar. I really appreciate Toshi and his endeavours.
