Just one quick question please?
I' not getting good volume through the speakers and yes I am wearing good attenuated ear plugs. However, this has not been a problem on my Sena SRL2.
After reinstalling the K6 inner liner, I noticed there is a fabric covering the speakers ....Is this meant to be left on the liner or removed please?
The music was also featured on Ducati's video. It brings up the same vibe.

Can you please explain how can I start music sharing between two ARKs when an intercom connection is established? I was trying to press the center button when arks are paired but music is playing only in one of the helmets. I would appreciate your help.

I have also the same problem , I think those speakers are not so good. Before I use other SENA system and sound was better. Now when my speed is around 70 km/h I have difficult to hear music, and more than 100 km/h I can't hear my friends. They can hear me good , but I have problem with volume.
Instalation is ok, software is acctual, so I don't know where is the problem. Can You help us?

Only the microphone/gooseneck is too long for me. no matter how I position it, it's very close to the nose or it makes contact with the chin bar when closing. please offer a short gooseneck micro.

You’re using the wrong mic. The long one is for the modular helmets
Algun intercomunicador para k3 sv?
My Ark doesn't want to connect via bluetooth on iOS 14. Got the latest firmware. Anyone got the same problem?

Takes hours to install the manuals are very poor. The video does not show how the wiring is routed. Installation very problematic one speaker failed to work. The mic failed to work.
Had to reinstall 3X checked and clean the connections. Voice commands? Big mistake sending it back.

So even as AGV worked with Sena on this ARK unit, the speakers are too big and don't fully recess into too small of speaker pockets in helmet, which makes this unit worthless, because it hurts your ears.

Which helmet you are using ?
Lo siento, pero la instalación es absurdamente complicada, al menos en un K6s. Por no hablar de que el manual en el mejor de los casos está traducido por Google, y en el peor lo escribió un chimpancé. Para un sistema que cuesta casi 300€, es absolutamente vergonzoso.
Dont buy this intercom, i cant hear anything if the speed is more than 80 km.
The AGV helmets are crap, no vents feel plasticy even the carbon expensive version feel like a toy. I'll be sticking with arai at the same price.
