I will be working as a non-regular employee for the rest of my life. Japanese living alone.

Thank you for your message. The power of technology is truly amazing. It's wonderful to be able to communicate our feelings like this even when we're far apart.
I too would like to cherish the time in my daily life to speak to myself with love in this way.
I sincerely hope that you are in good health. Please take care of yourself.

I can see you are a sensitive soul. Being a non-regular employee is rather challenging. I used to teach in a public school setting, that is, under the employ the ministry of education. But the full-time setting sucked my energy much. Fortunately, a friend engaged me as a tutor to her company. Even then, I was earning small, although I got back my balance. At one time, being out of work for nearly a year, I got eczema. Realised it was anxiety. It takes so much effort to remind myself about gratitude, what I have, in order to recover. May we all have the security we need - materially, spiritually, financially, emotionally.

Thank you for your message. It was very frank and touched my heart. I was deeply impressed by the way you are trying to regain balance in a positive way even in a difficult situation.
Unstable income is a big burden both physically and mentally. Still, I think it is really wonderful that you found a new path with the help of friends and tutoring. And it must not have been easy for you to realize that your eczema was caused by anxiety and to make an effort to face it. I can see your attitude of taking care of yourself.
It seems easy to be grateful and to focus on what you have, but it is actually very difficult. I truly respect you for consciously incorporating it.
Let's move forward little by little so that we can each have a sense of security, not only materially but also mentally. I pray that you will continue to live peaceful and kind days.
