My only option for paid traffic right now seems to be Pinterest ads, but I would like very much to make my Facebook acct work as well. Any attempts to solve my issue through their support were unsuccessful so far. Can you give me any advice what to do next? Thank you.
Dig the reason why your account was restricted in the first place. The appeal. If the appeal doesn't work. Create new account from a NEW IP, with a new FB profile with a NEW payment method.

Most reliable ad platforms won't allow you to do that. You can use a short bridge page if it's hard for you to create a proper landing
