I almost got into a second car accident within a month

A month ago, someone pulled out in front of me and caused me to hit them and took off and that was a hit-and-run. Then earlier this week, someone turned on the wrong side of the road and almost hit me head on. I don’t know what’s going on with people and they’re driving lately.
